Our Story

From first hello
to forever

Ours started with a simple hello. It grew slowly and surely into the life we share today, the family we've built, and a love we're so grateful for.

And now it's real. January 30, 2027 is on the calendar, the countdown is running, and we're gathering the people who matter most in the place that means the most.

Here's where you come in. Send your RSVP by September 30, look at the hotel picks below and book early, and leave us your email so we can keep you posted with travel tips, schedule updates, and a few surprises between now and January.

Travel + Stay

Getting here

The celebration is at Casa Gertrude in Lubao, Pampanga. Here's everything you need to plan the trip: flights, transfers, and where to rest your head. Flying in from abroad? Give yourself a buffer day to settle in.

Fly In

Clark International (CRK) is the closest airport, about 45 minutes from Lubao. If your route doesn't serve Clark, fly into Manila (MNL); allow around two hours by car depending on traffic.

Ground Transfer

We're arranging a shuttle from the Clark hotels to the venue and back on the day, plus transport for out-of-town guests. Tell us your arrival plans in your RSVP and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Passports & Entry

US passport holders can visit the Philippines visa-free for stays up to 30 days. Make sure your passport is valid at least six months beyond your travel dates.

Weather & Packing

Expect warm, humid days and balmy evenings. Pack light, breathable fabrics, comfortable shoes for celebrating, and sunscreen. A light layer for air-conditioned spaces is a good idea.

Prefer a hotel? Both of these are minutes from Clark Airport and about 45 minutes from the venue by car. We're speaking with them about a group rate and a shuttle to the wedding, so book direct for now and we'll update here as soon as it's confirmed.

Little Guests

Bringing the kids?

Children are warmly welcome, ours will be there too. Here's what we've set up so the little ones (and their parents) have a wonderful time.

The Play Booth

A dedicated, supervised play area runs through cocktails and the reception: games, activities, and room to be a kid while the grown-ups linger at the table.

Allergies & Preferences

There isn't a separate kids' menu, but please let us know about any allergies in your RSVP so we can take note of it.

A Note to Parents

We want you to actually enjoy the evening. Let the play booth do its job, stay for the dancing, and tell us in your RSVP how many little ones you're bringing.

Schedule of events

One beautiful day at Casa Gertrude, from vows to last dance. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Times that follow are provisional and will be confirmed closer to the day.

The moment itself. Please be seated fifteen minutes early. We'd love every face there when it begins.

Cocktails & Grazing

Drinks from the mobile bar, a grazing table worth lingering over, and specialty coffee while we steal away for photos.

7:00 PM

Reception & Dinner

Dinner and toasts. The photobooth opens here. Come find us between courses.

8:30 PM

Dancing & Celebration

The dance floor opens and stays open. Song requests welcome, there's a spot for yours in the RSVP form.

  • Please RSVP by September 30, 2026. We need firm numbers for catering, seating, and the play booth well ahead of the day. Missed the deadline? Message us directly and we'll do our best.
  • Semi-formal with a tropical ease: linen suits, flowy dresses, elegant separates, and a barong is always welcome. Light, breathable fabrics are your friend, and remember the ceremony is on the lawn in warm evening air, so choose shoes you can stand and dance in on grass. Please leave white to the bride.
  • First, thank you for standing with us. We'll message you directly with your attire details, colors, and timing. We're also planning a fitting for suits and dresses the day before the wedding, Friday, January 29, 2027, so please plan to arrive in Pampanga by then. Final times will come from us by text and email, so keep an eye on both.
  • The villas at the venue are full. Our recommended hotels are the Clark Marriott and Park Inn by Radisson Clark, both near the airport and about 45 minutes from the venue. See the "Travel + Stay" section for links. We're working on a group rate and a shuttle, and we'll email updates as they're confirmed.
  • We're keeping the guest list intimate. If your invite included "and guest," then absolutely! Otherwise, we hope you understand, and if you're unsure, just ask us directly.
  • Yes, warmly. There's a supervised play booth and plenty of room to run. See the "Kids" section above, and include the little ones in your RSVP.
  • Note any restrictions or allergies in the RSVP form and the kitchen will take care of you. For severe allergies, please also message us directly so we can confirm with the caterer.
  • Yes, please. This isn't an unplugged wedding. We just ask one small favor: during the ceremony itself, keep your phone down and be fully present with us. Our photo and video team will capture every moment, and we'll share a group album afterward. From the reception on, snap away, the photobooth is all yours.
  • You'll see a confirmation on screen right after you submit. If anything looks off, or you need to change your answer later, just message us and we'll update it for you.
